Reservation Policies

A Visa, MasterCard or American Express card is required at the time of booking.  Payment will be processed the day prior to your tour.  If you’d like to make alternate arrangements for payment to be collected the day of the tour (cash or traveler’s checks) please make a note in your reservation and we will be happy to accommodate you.

Please provide your cell phone number and local accommodations so that we may contact you in the event of last minute itinerary changes or cancellations due to weather or emergencies.  While cancellations and changes are rare, we are usually able to accommodate everyone as long we have a way to contact them.

Some tours have minimum ages and/or physical requirements.  When booking online, please read restrictions carefully and contact us if you have any questions.  We are unable to refund cancellations due to guests not meeting minimum requirements.

We understand that circumstances change and you may need to cancel your reservation.  Full price will be charged for cancellations and “no shows” unless we receive prior notice as follows:  One to five guests – 24 hours; Six or more guests – 48 hours; Private charters – 72 hours.
