Kohala Zipline offers visitors a genuinely unique zipline course. Kohala Zipline is entirely canopy based, a seamless experience zipping from one platform to the next traversing through the trees of Halava Gulch.
The zipline was sustainably built near Kapaau, an older sugar cane plantation village and encompasses the former lands of the revered King Kamehameha the Great. King Kamehameha’s birthright land is a storied place of legends, where ancient battles took place, Hawaiian families farmed taro and people lived for generations.
Although North Kohala has an incredible remote feel, Kohala zipline has the closest proximity to the resorts of Waikoloa and the city of Kailua-Kona than other zip lines on the island. Come zip with Hawaii Forest & Trail’s sister company Kohala Zipline, Your Guide to Big Adventure.
